Frequently Asked Questions

Who supplies the alcohol?

To be in accordance with Massachusetts state alcohol laws, we do not include any alcohol (unless you're looking for a cash bar option) The host is responsible for providing the alcohol. We will provide a shopping list in advance so you know how much alcohol to purchase for the event.

Can you provide a cash bar?

Cash Bars are an option only in some cities and states! There may also be restrictions on what kinds of alcohol can be sold. Clients are still required to pay for the trailer rental, travel costs and bartenders with the cash bar option. Most cash bars need to be fully booked at least 90 days in advance due to licensing.

What's provided?

We are going to bring EVERYTHING besides alcohol. We come with drinkware, napkins, straws, mixers, garnishes, non-alcoholic beverages, ice, menus and the bar trailer. If you have special requests or needs we will discuss those add-ons in advance.

Is provided drinkware glass or plastic?

Plastic! We bring plastic drinkware to every event unless certain plastic drinkware is requested by the host (i.e. solo cups). Hosts who rent glassware through their caterer, wedding planner, or individually must be responsible to clear, clean and rack glassware. Park & Pour charges a $500 glassware management fee if bartenders are required to manage, clean and rack glassware.

Where are you located and will you travel?

We are located in Belchertown, Massachusetts. We include the first 20 miles from Belchertown within our package pricing but we are built for the road! If you want Park & Pour at your next event we will travel anywhere!

Is 'Penny' (the horse trailer) optional?

I always want Penny to be apart of your event, especially during the seasonal months. But if you prefer our services without Penny we are opening to discussing further options like just using our satellite bar, Dolly!

Can you serve coffee/tea?

We have a Nitro tap and proudly offer Nitro cold brew on tap.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a $500 non-refundable payment to secure your date! The remaining balance is due in two installments leading up to your event. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your event your second payment will be fully refunded excluding a $200 service charge and any applicable transaction fees. All monies collected in the final 30 days prior to the event are also non-refundable. Reschedules are allowed but the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit, Check and Cash.

Do you have a rain date policy?

We usually cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for a tent cover for the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent.

What are the requirements for the bar?

Park & Pour mobile bars require a flat surface and safe space to set up on, as well as sufficient clearance to load and unload with our tow vehicle. If your event/venue is located somewhere without electricity we can add a $100 generator fee to your package.

Is the Gratuity automatically included in the invoice?

Yes, we add 20% to the invoice and still put out a tip jar unless asked otherwise. However, there are other options for the hosts that can be discussed prior.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better! Booking in advance allows us ample time to discuss and plan the details of your next event such as special requests and logistical arrangements! Cancellations can happen so don't be shy it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available!
